To complete our team and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for a Project Manager. Reporting to the senior leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the conception, implementation and roll out of internal automation and efficiencies solutions.

The role of the Project Manager will be to coordinate the initiative and ensure the following:

  • On-time, on-budget and in-scope delivery of this highly strategic internal project;
  • Stakeholder management and ensuring the initiative has buy-in across the group;
  • Coordination of internal dedicated resources and external vendors for flawless implementation, roll-out and continuous improvement;
  • Ongoing management and continuous improvement of the systems put in place;
  • Collaborating with internal users to ensure adequacy of systems to their needs;

In detail the Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing a realistic project plan;
  • Redaction of specifications related to required enhancements;
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring resource availability;
  • Assessing impact of change on timelines and budget
  • Managing and minimizing risk
  • Maintaining a positive flow of communication for both stakeholders and internal clients
  • Producing and maintaining comprehensive documentation such as specifications, training materials or user guide;
  • Ensuring application maintenance and continuous improvement of the internal systems put in place;

Your abilities need to be:

  • Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis applied to process optimization, efficiencies and software development and implementation;
  • Proven track record in successfully managing the implementation of systems being responsible for budgeting and analysis;
  • Excellent written and oral communication;
  • High level of organization and comfortable in managing multiple tasks;
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders;
  • Ability to keep project within timeline and budget;
  • Team player with high emotional intelligence and ability to influence;
  • Problem solving attitude;
  • Technically savvy;
  • Previous experience in software development and web technologies is a plus;
