Summary of Role:

The Project Manager is responsible with the projects setup, implementation and coordination in order to assure a smooth and efficient process transition for the clients by ensuring service delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently and effectively manage project scope and schedule components while simultaneously meeting or exceeding quality standards;

- Take full responsibility for the engagement, relationship, expectation management and delivery of services to one or more clients (with significant business, political, or high-profile impact, and potential high-risk dependencies)

Communicates progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other relevant metrics/project progress to all project stakeholders.

Ensures the project meets the client expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines;

-  Prioritizes/leads the project team in prioritizing the tasks of the project, based on analysis of strategic importance, outstanding tasks, obstacles and barriers, budgets, resources, deadlines;

-  Creates or participates in the creation of project documentation;

-  Has strong knowledge of cost control;
Indentifies tracks, manages and mitigates risks throughout the project life. Escalates the issues when necessary to ensure minimum impact on project deliverable

- Ensure an efficient communication in order to achieve a great client satisfaction level, while respecting the internal procedures and the legal specifications

- Coordinating day-to-day activities in order to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements,

- Managing day-to-day operational interactions with the Client(s),

- Develops projects effectiveness reports and other reports requested by upper management; recording on the overall performance of the team and suggest possible areas of improvement;

- Anticipates clients’ needs and generates a wide range of solutions for the client's sets of different problems that may appear;
- Competent understanding of project management methodology including the ability to manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, and run team meetings;

- Manage staff schedules, staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, monitoring.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

 

Knowledge and Skills:

- Proven experience in understanding client needs and adding value by successful engagement, especially in BPO field; 
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; Able to write reports and proposals for board level executives;

- Highly motivated, self-directed individual;
- Excellent organization skills and highly attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;

- Sufficient understanding of People Management, Tools, Processes and Methodologies,
- Ability to multi-tasking between multiple activities;
- Ability to understand business processes;

- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations;

- Ability to view complex/conflicting data, identify problems and propose solutions/alternatives;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Must have a focus on detail and driving results

Nice to have:
- Medium knowledge of French/German/Spanish or other European language; 
- Bachelors in Business Administration, CommunicatioPublic Relations, Management Information Systems or related field;

- Familiarity with JIRA or other task management software


Experience:

- At least 2 years’ experience in BPO area/Shared Services and capability to lead a team of at least 15 people;
