1. Responsibilities:

  • Programme reporting and Monthly Reports
  • Daily Service Review Management
  • Financial management of quotes and 3rd party POs and invoices
  • Maintain the On Boarding process (Vetting Matrix)
  • Maintain RAID processes and Quality Management
  • Implementation of the agreed standard and processes managed by PMO
  • Provision of management information
  • Tasks SLA compliance
  • Implement Service Improvements
  • Ensure a common approach is maintained across the programme and in accordance with Client and programme requirements

    2. Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written, business writing
  • Project Management methodologies knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Very good organizational skills and time management
  • Skilled with MS Office applications and SharePoint
  • Self-motivated, flexible, dynamic, team player

    3. Work shift pattern:

    Work pattern: UK/ RO business hours
