Production Test Engineering Team Leader- Plant (Sibiu)

Job Description:    

  • His/her main responsibility is develop testing HW and SW for series production by fulfilling the specific project and actual CNs specifications/requirements and, ensuring by that, the quality, timing and capacity targets.
  • In case of big changes during the series production, exceeding the capacity/capability of the series production Test
  • Engineering team, to support by the implementation.
  • To be the leader of a team within its functional area (tracks, monitors, evaluates the performance of his / her team members) and to ensure the needed resources
  • To coordinate the professional activities of the team members and to allocate resources in order to ensure KPI results in line with the department's strategy

  • Collaborate with R&D for all situation where KPY is not achieved.

Job Requirements:    

  • Activities which combine analytical and design knowledge with software and hardware technology, in the sense of designing, testing, implementation & modification of informatics systems which contain as main component software
  • He need to develop the team and support them to achieve required results.
