Main activities


The Product Manager is responsible for managing the products from the assigned market segment and includes the planning and implementing the “go-to – market” plan in line with the business objectives. It also includes working with sales, customer service and logistic departments - as well as with the other entities of the company who are acting as a product supplier – and with the central marketing team.

The Product Manager’s job is ensuring that the marketing efforts for the respective Product support the company’s overall strategy and goals.


  • Conducts continuous competitive analysis for the assigned market
  • Conducts market intel for the assigned market
  • Updates permanently the sales argumentary for the new products developed
  • Follows and analyzes the sales and profitability of the product range by channel
  • Follows and continuously optimizes the Product portfolio performance
  • Develops the marketing activities for the direct and indirect customers (B2B), as well as for the End-User (B2C)
  • Prepares and implements all New Product launches on the assigned market
  • Performs product and marketing campaign presentation internally (sales force and customer service department) and externally (customers)
  • Follows and updates the monthly sales forecast
  • Manages the assigned marketing budget

Main requierements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in product management
  • Demonstrated success in marketing / communication
  • Very good command of English language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Must be able to travel 30% of the time
  • Client (internal and external) oriented attitude
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Good team player
