Product Industrialisation Engineer
Assures the link between base development and Operations / Production.
Drives / leads APQP Project from plant side from PCIS to Serial Production.
Offers technical alternatives to project team which are optimized for process capabilities, cost, reduce scrap and minimized rework.
Ensures timely planning and execution of internal RunRate.
Initiates Risk assessment for new products.
Creates and updates product related specifications (SAP, Work Instructions).
Orders and releases serial tooling (jigs, gauges, mandrel) needed for new articles.
Drives / leads the new materials approval process for the plant.
Leads project for the transfer of incoming articles.
Team member for the transfer of articles.
Rubber & plastics tooling, processing and production tooling / equipment.
Computer skills, MS Office knowledge.
