We are looking for graduates who have successfully delivered a Team Lead role for at least one year to join our OPS team as a Procurement System Team Lead.
The role will be joining our existing team managing up to 5 team members and delivering a range of operational system support services to initially one of our clients Ariba Procurement system.
Due to recent rapid growth of our department, we are looking to build a new team with multiple roles to support our client.
One of those roles is a Team Lead role with responsibility for managing a new team as well as being the service owner for the support of the Ariba system.
We are looking for someone with Team Lead experience delivering a system support service and ideally with procurement experience.
You should have a good degree and an interest in pursuing a career in Procurement and systems support.
A good communicator with excellent English skills, a flexible approach and good problem-solving skills is what we are looking for.
English is the core language for support but any additional European languages would be a bonus.
There is potential for some onsite travel but the role is based in our Cluj-Napoca office.
Internal Ariba based training plan will be followed so that the relevant Ariba knowledge will be grown.
