The Procurement Coordinator manages and takes overall responsibility for supplier relationships with varying degrees of complexity and services offered. Will be the point of contact for the business and suppliers ensuring any issues are managed appropriately, and supports implementation of new sourcing arrangements.
Coordinate and assure the purchase of direct and indirect materials and services of the company through negotiation covering quality, improved total cost of acquisition and service within the time and in the desired quantities.
Develop new products and services suppliers, to ensure excellence in quality, cost reduction and efficiency in deliveries.
Support Global Procurement for negotiations with global buy local suppliers.
Establish partnership with suppliers relationship, internal and external customers, service providers
Ensure that the policy and local procurement procedures are aligned with the policies and international Group procedures, local regulations and best market practices.
Manage suppliers in accordance with the overall policy in such a way to apply the analysis tools (3PRM) for qualification and maintenance providers.
Monitor the performance index of its suppliers as price / quality / performance and establish continuous improvement action plan.
(SRM) Explore opportunities for savings in supplies taking into account the business sector, technical expertise, geographic location, etc.
Execute management Supply area of contracts.
Establish follow up process of products and materials, so to monitor all stages of the process, from order placement to the availability.
Evaluate lead time reduction opportunities in supply, transport and customs procedures.
Ensure adherence to financial audit and compliance processes (FCF) Ensure that the direct materials costs are in line with the planned (PPV).
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economy or related discipline.
Relevant professional work experience in Procurement of automotive or industry products.
English language skills. German is desirable.
