Conduct procurement arrangements, perform procurement actions such as procurement of equipment, goods and services, providing all documents in time and in compliance with Siemens procurement procedures and rules;
Prepare all the necessary documentation for Tenders and Projects (RFQs,Offers evaluation, Procurement plans), according to the Siemens established procurement procedures;
Prepare contracts and keep regular contact with the suppliers for monitoring of their contracts’ terms at administrative level;
Ensure regular update of a database of contract documentation, terms of references, list of suppliers, of goods and services;
Supplier Quality Management ;
Transform customers’ demands to subcontractors demands;
Sourcing management in accordance with Siemens established procurement procedures and in accordance with the specific projects requirements;
Reporting/ administrative tasks;
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Minimum 2 -3 years of relevant experience (both project and product);
Ability to work individually and in team
Capacity to adapt to a fast changing environment; continuous learning.
