The proctor will cover the weekend shift (first shift: 7 AM to 11 PM)

Co-working hub specializing in developers and IT industry professionals is searching for a proctor to take care of hub guests and the space while on shift.  Hub is primarily an upscale work location for members and hosts occasional meetups or events.

Requirements for the ideal candidate include:

• Fluent English language skills with a good understanding of how to handle guest and hospitality requests.

• Can handle basic internet/tablet/computer work.

• Great communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of clients, staff, vendors and potential clients

• Techknowledge not mandatory but would be a benefit if you were interested in development and tech meetups, assisting with IT events, and enjoyed conversing and discussing things that interested our clients and visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure maximum guests satisfaction through personal contact and prompt cordial attention to the guests from arrival to departure:

    • Ensure direct guest contact: help out our DAILY CUSTOMERS with any issues they might have: desk allocation, connection to DEV’S APP, resources requirements

    • Maintain effective and cordial guests relations & services and to take the initiative to achieve service excellence.

  • Take care of the club space

    • Keep fridges and coffee areas stocked and tidy (there’s a housekeeper, no heavy cleaning, just straightening up and any spot cleaning of spills/etc.)

    • Plump the couch pillows and keep the areas free of trash or other debris

    • Return extra monitors or other borrowed office supplies to the proper shelves

    • Help with the TVs, returning games to cases, and changing the batteries in the controllers

  • Make case by case customer focused decisions in order to provide the best customer experience. Go the extra-mile to make the guests’ experience a unique and memorable one.

    • Offer services, beverages, tours of the facility.  

  • Identify trending issues submitted by customers and communicate them to the company administration regularly.  

    • Update repeater/VIP Guest History database with specific needs and requirements (Likes/Dislikes & Guests preferences).

    • Respond and acknowledge to guests’ comments and needs either verbally or in writing and establish high service standards.

    • Resolve guests’ complaints in a timely manner and respond on time to any queries.

    • Inform other operating departments, notably Administration and Food & Beverages on matters which concern them.
