 Process Manager Shared Service Centre

The Process Manager will be responsible for building up, developing, maintaining and improving the accounting processes in the SSC, by overseeing the process workflow, managing the implementation and permanently performing process analyses.

Main Accountabilities 

  • Assessing current accounting processeAccounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), General Ledger (G/L) and Credit Control, for effectiveness, quality and simplification in alignment with the SSC vision
  • Translating the company’s objectives into the recommended improvements
  • Creating documentation outlining process improvements (step-by-step instructions on how to change processes)
  • Managing the implementation of new improved accounting process
  • Constantly analysing operating data and statistics in order to identify opportunities, developing action plans and implementing process improvements
  • Communicating the new and changed processes, following adequate training programmes;
  • Facilitating the resolution of issues with items not complying with the processes
  • Establishing measures and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Maintaining and updating all process related reports for references purposes
  • Assisting in auditing the process for compliance with documented procedures

Professional Skills

  • University Degree in Economics
  • At least 5 years of prior experience with processes in outsourced/ operations environment
  • Project Management expertise
  • Technical know-how
  • Development know-how
  • Familiar with the latest trends and developments in RPA and AI
  • Very good understanding of business processes
  • Knowledge of accounting, IT, admin processes, as well as financial reporting
  • Multilingual skills, fluent in English and German, other foreign languages are beneficial
