  • Audits customers accounts, who returned goods or who request credit notes and acts accordingly to procedures in place
  • Promptly responds to requests which are credits/returns related via email or phone
  • Closely works with internal customers from Customer Services teams or from Sales Department in order to find the best way of action in problem cases
  • Offers important information to management regarding credit notes and returns trend  by running specific reports and analysis
  • Very good time management and multitasking in order to meet the established SLAs and deal with fluctuating volumes


  • Very good language skills both written and spoken in English
  • Educational background in accounting/economic is an asset
  • Results oriented person who provides quality and quantity
  • High attention to details,  mind set oriented to thorough analysis
  • Good organizing and problem solving skills
  • Experience in activities that implies relation with customers/call center/front or back office activities is welcome
  • Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Positive attitude and a professional approach to work
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tool
