  • Participates in the planning of the Bank’s PR Strategy and its implementation;
  • Participates in the preparation of the annual PR budget;
  • Participates in the development of a wide range of communications materials, designated for events, publications, bulletins, among others;
  • Manages and broadens media contacts, seeks new ways to improve the public representation of the Bank;
  • Organizes, tracks and addresses the Bank’s PR activities, and those of the Governing and Supervisory Councils;
  • Organizes and develops activities in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility;
  • Participates in the development of written and visual content, related to the Bank’s representation in the eyes of all stakeholders;
  • Participates in the creation of the visual identity of the Bank;
  • Participates in activities dedicated to creating content for the Bank’s corporate website, as well as its related platforms;
  • Conducts regular monitoring and tracks regularly media clippings in the field of banking;
  • Tracks the lawfulness of public activities in accordance with the respective regulatory institutions;
  • Participates in the creation of methods and mechanisms for reporting and upscaling the effectiveness of the PR Department’s work activities;
  • Works alongside heads of different departments so as to optimize the effectiveness of various Bank products;
  • Works towards the development and maintenance of a positive Bank image in the public field, as well as towards strengthening the Bank’s corporate spirit within.



  • Interacts with all Bank employees, regardless of their position in the organization’s hierarchy;
  • During the execution of daily work tasks, the PR Manager interacts directly with contra-agents of the Bank within the scope of his competences;
  • The PR Manager maintains excellent relations with employees in other organizations within the TBI Group.


Education and competencies:

  • Educated to a degree level fields of Economics and/or Humanities – Bachelor Degree or higher;
  • English proficiency – written and spoken;
  • Computer literacy – excellent computer literacy (MS Office products);
  • Professional experience: minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Competences: excellent communications and presentation skills
