Personal Assistant (m/f) to the Managing Director

Full-time position, unlimited contract and to be filled as soon as possible

Your tasks

  • management of all correspondence
  • coordination and scheduling of meetings, phone calls and conferences
  • answering phone calls and welcoming guests
  • calendar management in close collaboration with the Managing Director
  • preparation, organization and follow-up of internal and external meetings
  • first point of contact for all internal and external issues addressed to the Managing Director

Your profile

  • strong secretarial knowledge and experience in general office procedures and management
  • very strong organizational skills including project and time management
  • a technical construction/real estate background would be an asset
  • excellent skills in German as well as good English skills (both written and spoken) are required
  • proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as AutoCAD
  • high motivation, flexibility and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
