THE Performance Manager that we’re looking for is someone with in-depth experience of Adwords, Facebook, PPC and other future platforms.


Mission of the job


Your goal would be to transform traffic generation and customer acquisition into a CORE capability in our company. Your modus operandi should be: we invest 1$ and easily and happily make a 2$ profit.


You will be involved in the media plan, investment budget, timeline and the team allocation. You are % responsible for the outcome, because part of our success is YOUR success (we will discuss that part at the end).


You should also teach other team members your tricks, because you will have a department to run and develop, and put in place a stunning testing and customer acquisition process that can be used by other media buyers from your team.

  • Great at driving sales on at least two of these networks: Adwords, Facebook, Taboola, Revcontent. Please read carefully, we don’t want to increase the awareness of a celebrity or 50 . brand. We are a direct response company.
  • Has a deep understanding of direct response and can make strategic decisions regarding targeting, positioning, pricing, and media planning.
  • Online fundamentals and specifics – front-end and funnel development, conversion optimization, web analytics, CLV, AOV, back-end, list segmentation, split tests (headlines, design, price, upsells, retargeting, pixels, behaviour triggers, Google Events tracking, memberships).
  • Google Analytics Wizard (with or without certifications).
  • Great English – reading & writing.
  • Ability to manage remote teams if needed (freelancers).
  • Proven experience:
  1. Running campaigns ads for at least 2 years (3-5 ideally).
  2. Experience managing other people (2-5)
  3. Agency experience is a plus – you will work closely with copywriters, brand managers, designers.
