Candidate profile:

  • Master / Bachelor´s degree in technical disciplines;
  • Project management competence;
  • Good command of the development tools and processes;
  • Tool experience (R-Plan, Dimensions, Doors, SAP ,AGILE…);
  • High technical competences;
  • Ability to lead the development team (ability to delegate, liability, exemplary conduit);
  • Coordination tasks, contact friendliness, presentation and moderation knowledge, convincing abilities, assertive, negotiation skills.

Responsabilities:

  • Responsible for the complete planning and management of development activities of a project;
  • Project-specific guidance for the coordinated development engineers;
  • Responsible for the overall functionality of the product;
  • Responsible for the implementation of the System Requirements;
  • Coordination of the development team and the interfaces;
  • Responsible for the creation of the system schedule (03 R&D) in R-Plan;
  • Cooperation in establishing of the Q-targets;
  • Ensuring the achievement of development goals (inspection of development according to plan);
  • Optimize development costs (Standard concepts, VA / VE, frontloading…);
  • Definition and planning of the sample stands;
  • Managing the list with measures from dimensions;
  • Main contact person regarding technical issues;
  • Assurance of regular communication with the customer and Marquardt-internal feedback of that communication;
  • Adapt customer requirements to system requirements;
  • Review the changes;
  • Advisory role for LifeCycleManagement of changes of SOP;
  • Definition of cross-system changes and putting in SAP the workflow for the change;
  • Performing effort estimation;
  • Main development team member of the PEP project team;
  • Monitoring and control of all tasks of the development areas stored in the R-Plan;
  • Regular update of resource, schedule and budget planning (including mandatory requests of the activities from the team members) of the development field and coordination with the project leader;
  • Participation to the creation of the status reports;
  • Check the technical project progress, evaluation, classification risk and information to the project leader, PGV and PFV;
  • Ensuring that the appropriate participants from development are available for the FMEA;
  • Delegation of tasks to the team members within the project framework;
  • Participation in the preparation of test and assembly process;
  • Taking part at the RUNs;
  • Reach, respectively under use the planned project development costs;
  • Present customer caused changes;
  • Minimization of the requirements for the saving of resources;
  • Authority to give directives in the part project development team;
  • Evaluation of the part project team members development;
  • Making decisions in the system design.
