The People and Culture Manager at 3-BG works closely with HR and has the unique role of measuring, developing, and improving the happiness level among all employees at work through various initiatives and programs. As someone who has experience in HR, you should already have hands-on experience in the workings and activities of an HR department, however, you’ll be delving deeper into the side of creating a positive and enjoyable work culture at 3-BG. You will do well as someone who is positive and has a fun, can-do attitude. Compassion and empathetic character traits are desirable as this role requires experience and understanding of employee satisfaction, strong listening skills, and the ability to motivate, help, and inspire others. You should be comfortable working independently but also as part of a diverse, cross-cultural, and cross-functional team, receptive to feedback, and able to adapt. Being able to handle multiple projects at once, realign priorities, and adjust accordingly will benefit you greatly in this role. People and Culture Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and develop the 3-BG’s employer experience and corporate culture in cooperation with the Head of HR
Define and develop the strategy of happiness at work and nurture a positive working environment
Measure and improve happiness level across the company and initiate programs that will increase team and individual happiness
Design and develop surveys on overall happiness and satisfaction in the company, analyze and present them to the Head of HR
Based on survey results, suggest measures and activities in order to improve the motivation, climate, happiness, and job satisfaction
Create a fun and positive work environment through different initiatives
Encourage fun and enjoyable environment and work-life balance
Oversee benefit programs and propose new programs to improve overall happiness to the Head of HR
Initiate, plan and organize team activities, both online and offline, such as team-buildings, games, parties, or other events that increase team spirit
Empower, engage, motivate and coach team members in order to feel valued and appreciated and improve their overall well-being
Listen to each individual in order to find and map what makes them happy, and based on that make overall company happiness strategy
Facilitate soft skills training (assertive communication, time management, negotiation skills, personal development)
Guide onboarding process and make sure that each new team member is well integrated into the company culture
Assist the HR department in all HR-related activities when needed
Report on conducted activities and improvements
Skills That Will Help You Succeed:
English language proficiency
Graduate in psychology, human resources or related discipline
3+ years of experience in HR and/or employee happiness position
General understanding of the digital marketing and advertising industry is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
High sense of confidentiality
A deep sense of cultural awareness
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Understanding of Google Suite apps, (or similar PM software), Slack, and other collaboration tools and environments
