Use our internal software tools to upload data into the system;
Carry out statistical reports as requested by the line manager and suggest solution to correct the situation;
Participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customer and departments within the organisation and between our sister companies.
Good spreadsheet skills (Excel and Google Sheet);
Knowledgeable of statistical technique;
