           Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the personnel administration process;
  • Perform, ensures the completeness and accuracy of payroll and payment of salaries and related taxes for allocated entities so that they are paid in legal terms and/ or stipulated in the contract;
  • Send reports to the Finance Department with payments made from the salary account, per categories of payments;
  • Check monthly payroll results (benefits and deductions report, amounts and taxes report allocated to cost centers and other specific reports) and if there are omissions/ errors, propose changes/ addition and monitor their implementation;
  • Monitor legislative changes with impact on personnel administration and payroll, verify the way they are implemented in the specific processes;
  • Run employment reports, prepare analysis and stats for internal use and as request by local authorities
  • Prepares and submits periodical or ad-hoc reports and analyses;
  • Develops and recommends benefits programs, salary policy line, administrative procedures, incentives, bonuses, and other special payment plans for specific segments of employees;
  • Conducts and analyzes salary survey results to assist in comparing compensation and benefits plans;
  • Prepares the budget for all personal cost estimations;
  • Collective Labor Contracts review and update;
  • Develops and optimizes the tools and systems in his/her area of expertise;
  • Updates and implements the procedures and policies in his/her area;
  • Supports other professional processes within the HR department.

    Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in payroll and HR Administration;
  • University degree in Economics/Business or related field;
  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation and work legislation;
  • Very good knowledge of labour law and associated practices;
  • Personnel Inspector Certificate;
  • English language upper level, German is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of  HR ERP systems - SAP HR module is an advantage;
  • Very good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks to meet established schedules, timelines and/ or deadlines.
