Job Summary:

-prepare monthly reconciliations for payroll General Ledger accounts: compare with SAP Sub ledger, back-up calculations, declarations etc. and investigate/report/flag differences; 

-check manual JE related to payroll for proper documentation/approvals; 

-load/report reconciliation files within Blackline Application;

-communicate to location/payroll Hub discrepancies discovered and ask for clarifications;

-assure tractability and follow-up for the payroll issues;

-participate to monthly meetings related to payroll

-books correction journals if needed;

-books standard journals related to payroll;

-offer support for audit review;

- business partner and maintains relation between HR Payroll and Finance

- various analysis requested by management 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

 - university degree in economics

 - min 1 year experience in finance

 - advanced excel  skills

- SAP knowledge is a plus

- good command of English language (comprehension, written and speech)

- analytical skills & attention to details

- payroll experience is a plus
