Currently aiming to hire a Partnerships Manager who will be responsible to maintain effective business relationships with clients and healthcare service providers, to ensure that the services required by clients are delivered in the most effective manner.



  • Maintaining close rapport with all clients by regular commercial and operational meetings
  • Supporting the effective delivery of service
  • Acting as key contact person to healthcare service providers (hospitals & clinics) in order to ensure effective troubleshooting in the event of any issues regarding claims processing
  • Providers credentialing and re-credentialing processes and inclusion to MedNet’s network per MedNet quality standards and policies
  • Providers profiling and trend analyses to identify preferred service providers
  • Negotiating with providers on pricelists, processes and contract terms and managing the contracting and renewal process within established corporate guidelines
  • Healthcare Provider agreement drafting, negotiating, renewals and amendments monitoring
  • Conducting specific initiatives to monitor and facilitate optimum control of providers’ performance; reporting critical issues to senior management for remediation
  • Conducting presentations / training for appointed provider staff and providing updates on all related procedures in order to ensure awareness of and compliance with MedNet service requirements and policies across the network.


Reporting to: Country Manager


Education – Knowledge – Experience

  • Profound understanding of the insurance business, preferably also health insurance
  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 5+ years extensive experience in partnership management


Skills – Competencies

  • Project management skills
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize tasks
  • Good command of English
  • Flawless oral and written Romanian
