The Role and Accountabilities:

  • Manage Customer Requirements and ensure successful delivery across all countries;
  • Help formalising the customers’ requirements during the order lifecycle;
  • Help colt to safe and increase the revenue by making sure that COLT Policies are followed;
  • Contribute to the customer satisfaction by providing honest and clear communication to the customer and showing proactivity while managing cease or cease related requests;
  • Help in getting orders in the system effectively and generate revenue;
  • Handle basic customers’ requests queries adapting to Customer and business needs cooperating with internal Stakeholders;
  • (Understanding, preparing, registering and acknowledging the order details to the Customer and keeping the requestor informed);
  • Registering and documentation in the tools ensuring the accuracy of the information;
  • Follow valid Generic Terms Conditions and specific policies to make sure the request will be processed properly;
  • Calculation and admin validation of the fees to ensure no revenue will be lost.

What you will need to succeed

  • Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
  • Customer Service Experience in multinational companies;
  • Ability to deal with written Customer Requests – Strong customer service attitude;
  • High communication skill in order to provide the customer with clear feedback, and to communicate with the internal Stakeholders;
  • Flexibility , in order to assimilate changes in processes and the company structure easily;
  • Ability to work on multiple cases simultaneously;
  • Customer focused;
  • Ability to organize own workload with the given prioritization guidelines;
  • Knowledge of MS Office products on user level (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Flexibility to work effectively in cross team or individually;
  • Experience in working with Order Processing Systems and Ticket Tools-as an advantage;
  • University Degree considered a plus but not essential.
