Global Business Services center established in Cluj-Napoca is building the team in Romania and is seeking for Team leader for the Order management team.
Your new role
In this role your main responsibilities would be to:
Lead a team of customer service representative and enable it’s development
Act as Tier 2 for escalations within the supply chain area and as interface for European Supply chain organization between Production planning, Dispatch Quality Department and Sales
Analyze of disposition parameters per customersMonitoring and improvement of department KPI’s
Coordination of order releases with dispatchInventory and tracking of necessary materials and if required discussion with the customer
Actively managing 2 customers on business as usual
What you'll need to succeed
3-5 years of relevant commercial experience
Advanced knowledge of order administration and order planning
Working knowledge of inventory management and of logistics and shipping
Team lead experience
Experience in Sales&Logistics, Customer Service with external customer contact,
Competence of Trainings
SAP knowledge and MS Office packageIndustry know-how preferred
German knowledge is an advantage
