Teorethical Know how
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of working experience with exposure to international environments
Technical Know how
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in management role, preferable managing leaders 
- Proven understanding of financial and commercial aspects of a business
- Proven experience in working with an ERP system
- Excellent English language skills (C1)
- Medium German language skills (B1)

 Monthly responsibilities are divided in 3 main areas: 35% understanding and coordinating operations processes; 50% people management; 15% business development working alongside top management roles.

  • Responsible for coordinating our Service Center in Sibiu, for AP and AR accounting process towers and sales support processes;
  • Manage the recruitment and training of the entire staff (4 team leaders and 38 associates);
  • Establish work priorities, lead, supervise and manage all aspects of the Service Center processes;
  • Ensuring deliverables for end to end processes, with a high level of SLA , with clear and smart KPI's , closing and justifying financial data for all processes;
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of SSC processes and support the improvement of service by improving existent processes;
  • Work together with local and international management team in delivering the agreeded KPI results year end;
  • Through management and leadership skills ensure the planned growth of the Sibiu SSC for the next 30 months;
  • Ensure compliance with local guidelines as well as all work and safety regulation required by local and international standards.
