Eurobank Property Services . is a company specialized in real estate services, having an expert team for conducting research, feasibility studies, property management, valuations and related activities.

We are seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator in performing the daily specific activities of the Agency and Consultancy Department.

The candidate will be based in Bucharest.

 Specific tasks:

  • To verify the received invoices and deliver the necessary documentation for payment purposes concerning the Agency & Consultancy Department to the responsible department, on a daily basis;
  • To ensure the consistency of accounting activities with signed contracts;
  • To register the offers for sale/ rent memos sent by the agents and to distribute the memos to  the appropriate departments/ other entities of the Group, if the case;
  • To answer telephone calls regarding the department’s activity, give information to callers or directing the calls to the appropriate person, on a daily basis;
  • Administrative tasks;
  • To prepare weekly and monthly reports related to the activity of the Company;
  • To submit documents by post office, whenever necessary;
  • To archive all documentation related to the performed activities;

 

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- University degree

- Analytical and organizational skills;

- Focus on completing the duties;

- Command of spoken and written English is a must;

- Computer skills – advanced knowledge of Office package

- Team work player.
