Job Description

Coordinates and controls permanently the activity of the warehouses and the internal flow of materials from the production area;
­Coordinates, trains and evaluates the logistics teams in warehouses and production areas;
­Plans and provides the human resources, the equipment and the space needed for the logistics activities in the warehouses and in the production area.
Organizes and supervises the carrying out of the internal transport activity, observing all the normative acts in force regarding the transportation of the goods and the necessary authorizations for this activity;
­Coordinates the activity of establishing internal or external transport routes in order to remove or minimize delivery/ supply delays and to optimize transportation costs;
­Coordinates and controls the commodity receipts and investigates the causes of lack or delay of stock products in connection with logistics activity in warehouses or in the production area; Coordinates the activity of the company's warehouses regarding the permanent, monthly and / or annual inventory processes;
Develops and coordinates database and stock management actions to optimize / reduce them (raw materials, semi­finished products, finished goods, packaging materials and spare parts);
Reports to Logistics Manager.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • +3 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in coordinating teams
  • English - Advanced
  • MS Office, SAP knowledge
  • Problem solver, customer and details oriented, organized
  • Time management skills
