We are offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious personal that wants to grow professionally. The position is for Office Manager Assistant, to work closely to the Chief Executive Officer of the company, based in Bucharest.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the management of the company and other team members;
  • Organising travels;
  • Updates our CEO’s agenda;
  • Organising meetings, greeting guests;
  • Responsible for company’s contact database and keeping it up to date;
  • Communication with all suppliers and finding of new ones;
  • Documents translation;
  • Answering all phone calls received on the main number, e-mails correspondence;
  • Handling office equipment (fax, copy machine, telephones, scanner);
  • Ordering office supplies;
  • Incoming and outgoing post and courier packages;
  • Other needed tasks.

 

Requirements:

•             University Diploma;

•             Minimum Experience of 3-4 years in a similar position;

•             Strong Knowledge of MS Office;

•             Strong verbal & written communications skills (good interpersonal skills);

•             Foreign languages: English written and spoken (any second language will be considered a plus);

•             Good team player, responsible and active attitude at work;

•             Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to obtain results, consistently meet deadlines and produce accurate work;

•             Organized, attention to details, critical and analytical thinking ability.
