HRS Romania is looking for a Office Assistant with a part time program for one of our clients, a multinational engineering consultancy company.
• Manages the documents and the mail for the entire Office
• Organizes company’s events and protocol activities
• Manages business meetings and colleagues' business traveling
• Prepares various reports and contracts
• Collaborates with other departments and provides back-up for Operational/Logistics department when needed.
The ideal candidate?
• University degree in Economic, Marketing, Business Administration or Technical field
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Positive and solution oriented.
Location: Piata Amzei.
Program: 10:00 - 15:00.
