Job description

• Managing day-to-day administrative agenda in Romanian and English
• Client administration and correspondence
• Handling and forwarding telephone calls
• Taking over telephone messages
• Provides support by entering, formatting, and printing information
• Managing logistic of business trips, meetings and trainings
