Manages service department team members, including customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. Provides the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead the department, including technicians, to ensure team objectives are being carried out
  • Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
  • Create and build service national structure
  • Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships by solving any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
  • Assists with or performs administrative tasks
  • Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
  • Resolves service problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service
  • Create and lead his service field team
  • Assure all the installation in location is accordingly with the signed contract
  •  
  • Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work

 

Requirements

  • Experience in leading a team of technicians spread throughout the country
  • Previous Service Experience min 10 years
  • Between 5 and 10 years experience in building field service structure
  • Comprehensive Industry Knowledge, mechanical is an advantage
  • Management Experience.
  • Strong Customer-Facing Skills,

  • Self-Motivated, Troubleshooting,
  • Creative Problem-Solving,
  • Driving license cat. B
  • Availability to travel national and international
