ABOUT THE ROLE

Smartphones, tablets and apps have turned traditional working methods upside down. Their use in workforce management makes all the difference wherever employees operate in changing locations. Mobility and flexibility are the name of the game. The challenges of a mobile, flexible working environment can best be mastered with ATOSS Mobile Workforce Management app. We are developing the next app generation using a completely new architecture: server driven UI.

For this challenge, we address self-confident, smart-thinking and innovative developers who dare to think out of the box. To interact with other software development teams it is very important to communicate clearly and straight forward and to drive project related matters.

YOUR TASK SCOPE

• Develop our native apps for iOS OR Android platform
• Cooperation with other groups like server counterpart teams, Product Management and Quality Assurance
• Contribute in design, implementing and code reviews
• Actively participate in our technical discussion and innovative forums
• Integrated in international mobile development team with occasional trips to Munich
• Look out for usability and our customers`needs

YOUR CAPABILITIES

• University degree in computer science
• Relevant professional experience in building native apps
• Familiar with the platform dependent building tools Xcode OR Android
• Good understanding of Object Oriented design and programming
• Understanding of common software development infrastructure tools like Source Control Systems, continuous integration and delivery and any kind of analyzing tools
• Enthusiasm for apps and the technologies behind them
• Advantage: Swift OR Kotlin experience
• High-quality awareness and reliability
• Conversational English skills
