Job Description:

  • Develop good understanding of the brands in the market and the positioning strategy in the company portfolio;
  • Contribute to the managing of the product mix and pricing according to the company's and Department's goals and strategies;
  • Understanding of distribution, sales targets, trade marketing and brand building;
  • Support in maintaining and developing existing and new customers;
  • Assess the needs of the customers, maintains and monitors service standards;
  • Monitor and report on market and competitors activities and provide relevant reports and information;
  • Communicate and negotiate with the suppliers;
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills;
  • Create and implement marketing activities concepts and layouts;
  • Support for organizing marketing activities – promotions, events, campaigns, etc.;
  • Follow up on the results of all Department’s activities and initiatives.


  • Experience in marketing, preferable in technical field (B2B);
  • Highly self-motivated, determined and self-confident;
  • Practical attitude and pro-active;
  • Good presentations skills;
  • Good skills in graphics and layouts editing (Photshop, Corel Draw, etc.);
  • Good technical background desirable with University Education;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Prepared to travel;
  • Good people skills.
