Manage specific system processes related to regional marketing projects (.  GO Forms, POs, Vendor Forms, invoice receiving, payment follow-up, cross charges) and ensure accurate implementation of MAPP procedure,

Attend and take minutes of marketing meetings/TCs upon request,

Continuous & efficient communication with the selected agencies for selected projects in order to ensure the internal and external logistics based on the defined needs,

Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal key stakeholders at his/her level,

Partner with other colleagues and effective communication in order to ensure flawless implementation of designated projects,

Assist and ensure operational support for the direct manager

Coordinate the arrangements of meetings, manage agenda, and coordinate travel and  accommodation arrangements,

Participate in preparing materials and documents, upon request

Plan, organize and prioritize work on a daily basis in order to meet deadlines

Prepare routine documents as requested by the direct manager

Contribute to selected Projects (basic Mkt Project Management Tasks)

Adherence to SOPs, 100% compliant to Pfizer policies

Organizing various events


Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

University Degree

Excellent written + verbal communication/ interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure (. multi-tasking) maintaining quality & meeting deadlines

Planning, organizing  and prioritizing capability for achieving objectives / meeting deadlines

Systematic thinking and ability to work according the instructions

High Intrinsic motivation,  determination to succeed, quick learner

Team player spirit and positive energy

English proficiency at a superior level

Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Background / Experience in marketing and /or pharma industry is an advantage

Previous experience on similar positions (especially in multinational corporations) is an advantage
