Marketing Administrative Assistant with Hungarian
 

The Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the team in launching new and existing products, product development, brand development initiatives

He/she must prove professionalism and deliver high quality results as well as conform to the highest degree of ethical behavior. The main purpose is to prepare the Marketing Assistant for a Junior Manager position in the marketing team or a similar position in a complementary function.

  • Adapt fast to changing environment.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Manage brand(s) marketing activities
  • Manage the brand and trade marketing activities to reach the objectives agreed;
  • Manage the relationship with advertising agencies and other appropriate partners.
  • Develop materials to support EPDs and NPDs launches.
  • Coordinates translations for: artworks, sites (including monthly articles), POSMs, advertising materials
  • Coordinates the translation approval process by maintaining a direct contact with other countries and departments. Regulatory
  • Creates POs and GRs in the JDE system for artworks, labels, marketing costs for category brands and for multi-brand projects
  • Develop packaging and advertising messages to achieve brand(s) desired positioning.
  • Manage scheduling of key activities.
  • Represents the category marketing department in relation with factories
