  • Development of activation strategy for Nespresso Romania based on reports and benchmarks received from the international CRM and HUB to improve business activities
  • Pre- and post-evaluation with key leanings aligned between all sales channels and finance.
  • Key partner for sales channels to focus on OMNI channel usage and to increase personalized service
  • Contributor to coffee forecasting and gap closing plan.
  • Indentify key market trends in the local coffee & machine environment as well as in customer behavior and identify business opportunities accordingly
  • Single point of contact for analytical and data requests towards CRM HUB
  • Ensure fast and efficient support to the local Marketing team in campaign analysi
  • Be the local advocate of data-driven decision-making for Marketing
  • Provide campaign selections and evaluations as requested on time
  • Assess and optimize targeting of marketing activities based on customer profiling and segmentation
  • Prepare local analytics for Le Club launch
  • Manage local loyalty programs (Early Engagment, Downgraders, Winback)
  • Prepare and present evaluation of major promotions (Spring, YEP)
  • Work on ad-hoc local analyses and projects to support local organization
  • Manage local database quality projects
  • Business intelligence reporting and analysis

Ideal profile:

  • At least 2 years of Data Mining/ CRM experience
  • Comfortable database knowledge (SQL)
  • Knowledge of at least one reporting / data mining tool (. SAS EG, SPSS Statistics, Cognos)
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Analytical experience using software tools in a business oriented environment 
  • Very good excel skills
