Role purpose:

The key purpose of the job is to run and maintain the marketing and sales information system in order to support the business decision-making process by providing pre-defined reports and analysis on regular basis regarding product sales based on monthly reports from distributors.

In order to fulfill the responsibilities Market Analyst will have to cooperate with other departments who will either provide basic data and support or will benefit of reports (business units, marketing, sales force, finance, IT, commercial.


Monthly update business review reports for Business Units, including Market Viewer, DataView and Proclarity reporting.

Responsible for SMART application, receiving data from distributors and accurate input in the system

Monthly update for consolidated sell-in, sell-out, imports, reports.

Implement and maintain marketing tools and systems to optimize information flow and business decision

Prepare regular and special reports on product sales by form, distributor, county.

Maintain sales system (SQL server, Analysis services, Sales reporting) by monthly modifications and running reports.

Monthly reports based on internal and audited sales data regarding products sales for SCBU

Monthly Data Analyzer reports, update tables based on FF structure and product allocation.

Monthly Market reports regarding products and companies

Support for SMART application.

Develop market models for forecasting and scenario planning.

Proactive monitor the performance of our products through management and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business information


University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business;

Experience in pharmaceutical market or medical background is not mandatory but would be a valuable asset.

Experience and ability to work effectively with advanced Excel, SQL databases, PHR.

Understanding of the marketing planning process

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Bilingualism (local language and English) is required
