Location Communication Manager - Tire Division

Job Description

• Establishes and maintains a good relationship with the media at national, regional and local level - being contacts and spokesperson of Continental Tires; 
• Establishes and maintains a good relationship with local authorities, important institutions and outsiders;
• The person authorized to represent Continental at meetings organized by local authorities or different institutions, if delegated in this function by the general director or superior with decision-making power;
• Monitors the press, designs press releases of interest to Continental Tires Timisoara and CAG and distributes place within Continental Tires Timisoara to interested departments or management level;
• Organizes the factory visits for pre-announced groups such as: official delegations, international business partners, suppliers or students;
• Promotes a positive image of the company, designs press releases, press documentation, speeches, organizes press conferences, prepares and transmits public information, answers all questions from the press in accordance with the Corporate Communication Policy;
• Proposes, and after validation, implements the sponsorship procedure according to Continental Tires Timisoara, in order to ensure a positive image of the company, as a good citizen of the community;
• Ensures the correct implementation and use of Continental design at corporate level;
• Proposes, and after validation, implements a transparent and efficient communication strategy for Continental Tires Timisoara, in order to ensure a positive image of the company in front of all interested parties.

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Communications and PR (or similar: Journalism, Language and Literature);
• Relevant experience in the Communication and PR field;
• Foreign language knowledge (English) and very good native language skills (Romanian).
