Level 1 Support Specialist with French
Middle (2-5 ani), Entry (0-2 ani)
If you are smart, organized, goal oriented and have:
- Fluency in French;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Office);
- Relevant written communication skills;
- Problem solving and analysis skills.
- No specific technical skills, but preferred if someone has experience on SAP/ SQL / PHP or any other technical area.
- Ability to share skills and activities;
- Ability to talk with client users;
- Ability to escalate;
- Ability to learn core business processes;
- Flexible approach.
