To serve our growing number of customers we are looking for at the earliest possible date to a 

HR
Team Leader for our Service Team

You, and your team, are the face to the customer. The service team is responsible for pre-sales,  customer projects and 1st level support and consulting services to the customers. As Team Leader of our Service Team, you will master the skills of effective communication, problem-solving and customer service. You will ensure the best customer success and satisfaction of the customer. 

You will be supported by experienced and professional colleagues from our other teams and also from your manager which is the CIO of NC-Vision.

Your Knowledge/Must have

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Manufacturing environment (covering areas like production, quality, logistics, engineering or maintenance)
  • Experience in managing and doing Software Implementation Projects (not development)
  • Very good  organizational and interpersonal skills combined with relevant experience in team management 
  • Proven and solid experience in customer consulting and pre-sales
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and motivation
  • Ability to communicate in a persuasive and friendly manner
  • Ability to identify the requirements and request features to the product team
  • Languages: Romanian, English
  • Driving License and willingness to travel
