Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an ambitious and customer orientated L1 Technical Support to join our Testing, Deployment & Support team in Craiova.
As a technical support you will serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance.
- Provide L1 Support for our clients via chat, phone and email
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Redirect unresolved issues to the L2 Technical Support
- Document customer interactions
- Follow-up with customers
- Contribute to written documentation (Knowledge Base)
- Propose improvements related to procedures, workflows etc.
- BA in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
- Customer orientated with good customer service, analytical, troubleshooting skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a help desk environment/technical support
- Good documentation skills
- Available to work in 3 shifts with 24/7 setup
- Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of MSSQL, Databases
