Job Responsibilities

  • Offers L1/L2 support for 10 of our client’s online applications handling Manufacturing and Supply chain in the pharmaceutical domain;
  • Process tickets according to the agreed processes;
  • Update documentation according to the company’s CSV standards, work together with the QA’s and prepare approvals;
  • Create and run test cases for the above mentioned applications;
  • Communicate with the customer representatives, ensure problems are solved according to the processes and to the satisfaction of the client;
  • Participate in the clients’ community of CSV.

 

Required competence, experience and education

  • Good task ownership and professional attitude, understand and respect working procedures;
  • Good communication skills, able to adapt the communication to the specifics of the interlocutor (business responsible, developers, etc.);
  • Software testing at least basic knowledge, interest for performing software testing;
  • Good English language knowledge, ability to work with documents at a professional level;
  • Interest mainly for the business domain and business procedures, not a person motivated mainly by the technical aspects of the

 

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge in CSV (Computer System Validation);
  • Technical knowledge in general, DB related knowledge;
  • Hands on experience in defining and running Test Cases;
  • Test automation knowledge;
  • German language knowledge.
