Company active in the satellite communication business, with 20 years of activity on the Romanian market, is looking for experienced Key Account Manager - Satellite products and services.
The Role of the Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager works to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. This person builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
The main goal to be achieved is the company’s business development in Romania for its Satellite products and services, with a strong focus on potential clients from Public Administration Sector but not limited to it.
The Key Account Manager will work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for organization. To achieve this, he needs to find potential new customers, present teh company's products and services and ultimately convert them into clients, continuing to grow business in the future.
Besides approaching potential new clients, the Key Account Manager will also approach the existing clients to whom the company is already providing other services.

The Key Account manager has to develop a relationship with new clients, especially from the Public Administration Sector and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
Strategic planning is a key part of this job description. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and the company’s competitors.
The main duties of the Key Account Manager are as follows:
The Key Account Manager position requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably technical (Geography, Geodesy, Land management, Environmental Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology or other similar technical university),
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, in particular with Public Administration customers.
