Reporting to the National Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with several KA clients in order to fulfill the common goals.

Our organization in Romania has approximately 55 employees. This role will have direct responsibility for two main brands: Galeo and Kamis  as well as private labels for big  supermarkets. One warehouse in Bucharest, shipments in Bucharest, Moldova, Transylvania. 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Makes plans in order to fulfil Sales Objectives and maintaining costs in line with Budget.
  • Negotiates with selected KAs clients in order to get the best conditions for the company in line with the budgeted ones.
  • Maintains and develops a good and fair relationship with Key Accounts.
  • Strictly keep the payments situation from clients and take measures in order to keep at due date of invoices. Makes strategies for reaching the collection plan.
  • Monitors the activity of the main competitors and reports to the National Key Account Manager (prices, NPDs, promo actions etc).
  • Implement, receive and centralize weekly reports from sales people in order to avoid OOS situations.
  • Coordinates and controls the activity in the field, motivates and coordinates Salespeople.
  • Evaluates the activity of the employees in his department and takes measures in order to improve their performance.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies: BSc
  • Experience in sales and distribution and managerial activity, minimum 3 years within a multinational FMCG company
  • Driver license: B category, with a driving experience of minimum 2 years
  • Knowledge of English language: good (writing and conversational)
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
