We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior System Engineer for our In-Store Customer Systems team.
The Store Customer Systems team is responsible to manage an entire range of applications and devices (electronic shelf labels, scales, access systems, beacons, etc.) located in our Metro Cash&Carry stores in 25 countries, used to provide a meaningful customer experience in the interaction with our products and services.
You will work across teams to proactively identify and troubleshoot incidents within the application environment, enable the introduction of new devices and software and support the world-wide rollout to new stores. Your team is responsible with providing the environment health and performance metrics that will continuously drive reliability and customer experience improvements.
The skills and experience you’ll need:
Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, PXE, TFTP)
