ORTEC’s optimization solutions help to improve organizations and enable companies to make better decisions, plan more efficiently and optimize the overall business process. Eventually, we are helping our customers to reduce costs, gain control and reduce their environmental footprint in an ever changing world.

As a Sales Manager you will have to identify prospects, set up meetings and sell our optimization software. We expect that you have the sense of ownership and show a high level of initiative, being results-driven and good team worker.

You drive sales pipeline development, you define high level solution/project and service requirements and manage sales meetings and presentations to prospective customers.

Furthermore you:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferably in services
  • posses a Bachleor degree in a business related subject;
  • perform highly productive sales activities independently;
  • are ambitious, energetic and structured and you do have persistence to handle sales processes with long durations;
  • produce high quality sales proposals and responses to RFPs;
  • have the ability to demonstrate the business how our software solutions will deliver a high return on investment.
  • have excellent references from previous roles
