We are currently looking for a SALES CONTROLLER based in Bucharest, Romania.


The position will focus on:


  • Being responsible for financial closing procedures for management reporting.
  • Being responsible for trade spend elements of the monthly close including processing and analysis of trade spend and relevant accruals.
  • Monitoring performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analyses across all P&L lines between actuals, budget, latest forecast and  prior year by customer and brand.
  • Drive and organize corporate planning and quarterly forecast exercises for both customers and brands.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes, corporate reporting requirements and policies.
  • Monitor monthly trade stock levels, with accurate reporting and reconciliation.
  • Support to Sales Teams.
  • Collaborates with other departments by collecting and providing financial information.
  • Participation in ad-hoc projects.



  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, ACCA is considered a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably Controlling, FP&A, in a multinational company (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued).
