- Advanced level of German, both written and spoken (mandatory). Intermediate level of English;
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP will be highly appreciated;
- Computer literacy: MS Office, Internet, Emails;
- Procurement or purchasing experience would be appreciated;
- Communicative, active, rigorous personality;
- Customer and results oriented.
- Administrative tasks;
- Track order acknowledgement for the purchase orders (non-production materials and services);
- Manage requests for quotations from the clients;
- Manage the communication with the suppliers as well as with the clients via e-mail & telephone;
- Enter delivery confirmation information in the system;
- Manage quotations proposals for the clients;
- Negotiation with suppliers (non-production materials and services).
