What We Are Looking For?

  In our existing team, we are now adding new colleagues for the role of Junior - Digital campaign manager.

What You Will Do?

  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with clients on daily basis. The mission? To consistently grow their accounts by providing online marketing solutions, assistance and support for achieving revenue goals. You will learn how to use programmatic media buying (through RTB's - real time bidding), to nurture your optimisation-oriented thinking.
  • The role includes monitoring and analysing metrics and proactively taking steps to optimize campaigns and improve results. You will also present regular status updates and reports on the performance of existing campaigns, as you will work on different platforms. Your main activities, include:

- Manage & optimise performances, to maximise revenue for publishers
- Understand the account needs and proactively provide solutions to increase client's business.
- Work closely with sales team and technical team to improve activity scale and performance.
- Produce daily and weekly traffic reports.

What You need to reach the results?
• Excellence in working with Excel (including pivot tables, macros and other more complex formulas);
• English – fluency is a must;
• Very good analytical skills & strong attention to details;

• Studies in economics/ statistics/ marketing/ financial will help you learn faster;

• Previous experience in a similar field is an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Outside the box thinker;
• Proactive; able to learn fast and interested to achieve autonomy;
• Goal-oriented, while being a real team player;
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with serious work ethic;
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes, as you will be working in a dynamic, intense start-up environment;
