Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and office support to multiple recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume, professional environment
  • Operate general office equipment including: computer, iPhone, iPad, desk phone, copier, e-fax
  • Schedule candidate interviews and travel utilizing Outlook and Concur, coordinating with Hiring Managers in various time zones across North America
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings in-person and via Skype and WebEx
  • Register for career fairs, ordering and shipping supplies across North America
  • Monitor Careers inbox, responding to candidate questions, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Monitor Recruiting Support inbox, responding to recruiters’ requests and questions promptly and effectively
  • Pay invoices in SAP, reconcile expenses, and process reimbursements with accurate cost coding
  • Serve as back-up to other Recruiting Support team members
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, such as Department of Labor (DOL) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with peers, managers, candidates and customers
  • Work with candidates to ensure they feel informed and supported through the entire recruiting process
  • Pay invoices in SAP, reconcile expenses, and process reimbursements with accurate cost coding, Meetings ,
  • Schedule candidate interviews (booking flights, hotel, car rental, coordinating)
