We are searching for a new colleague who's main responsibility will be to establish, manage, maintain and continuously improve all Quality activities related to suppliers, external products and services.

Main responsibilities of the job consists in:

  • Delivering all aspects of the Supplier Operations Quality Assurance function on an on-going basis in line with the Quality Management System and Quality Policy to ensure that the business’ products and services are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations
  • Design, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met with suppliers/vendors
  • Perform audits at suppliers and external manufacturers, develop and execute the annual audit plan
  • Manage changes related to supplier and/or external manufacturers, manage all deviations, corrective and preventative actions, and complaints concerning suppliers and external manufacturers
  • Develop and implement an efficient system of the incoming raw materials reception from quality point of view
  • Support establishment and execution of Supplier Quality Agreements
  • Design the metrics for the function and supplier performance
  • Establish, maintain, analyze, report and continuously improve the Supplier Quality Performance Measurement system
  • Support new product launches to ensure suppliers are capable of delivering to the required quality standards
  • Identify new saving opportunities related RPM (Raw and Pack Materials) with our suppliers and work closed with Procurement team for implementation
  • Very connected with our R&D team in order to lunch the new initiatives with our suppliers
  • Review and provide input on internal and external quality standards as required; interprets guidance for external manufacturers
  • Support requirements for Supplier Quality Management Systems to minimize compliance and product quality risk
  • Manage quality strategy and relationship with external partners to ensure that compliant systems and procedures are in place from development and throughout the commercialization life cycle 


Education, level of experience, technical skills

  • Bachelor University Degree, technical field
  • Proved food safety and quality knowledge
  • Experience in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action methods, in quality system methodologies including CAPA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role including experience in Supplier Quality Management
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to appropriately evaluate a situation and prioritize factors for decision making
  • Understanding of project management (experience preferred)
